To foster the spirit of fellowship in Christ which we share as Orthodox Christians. To foster a better understanding of our various backgrounds and traditions. To present a united witness to the Orthodox Faith in the area, so that others may be drawn to the church. To sponsor different activities together sharing our various customs and cultures and cultures with each other. To promote better understanding and closer relationships among the laypersons of the various Orthodox Christian communities. To unite the efforts of all Orthodox Christians in contributing to the civil and community affairs of our area. FOCUS on: service to God, to the faith, to the church, and to each other through better understanding and mutual respect. |
Our goal is to build an organization that bridges the separate jurisdictions,
so that we might speak to the weighty issues facing our world
today with one strong, clear, and united voice of Orthodox Christians.
